Since 1978 ROTOPRINT SOVRASTAMPA has been offering an overprinting service (Patented Process)allowing to modify flexible packaging (reels or other formats such as tetrarex, elopak, combibloc, clusters, cases, blisters – microwave boxes, multipack bands, bags in pet alu pe) used in the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry.

Our production line allows to overprint packages with any kind of external support, mono or multi-layer (polypropylene, polyester , aluminium, paper, polyethylene, tetrapak, sleeves, Adhesive label in reels) even though they are not ready for the overprinting process.

Our technology allows to carry out customized mock-up packages, to change: Ean codes, prices, expiry dates; to modify: ingredients, corporate names; to add: EEC stamp, Der Grune Punkt, PaO, extends offers of prizes, promotional messages “play and win” with the following versions: You won/You did not win, progressive alphanumerical code, with single letters on each format to create a winning word (click on the site to see some examples) etc.

Thanks to our specialization, the most important packaging manufacturers and users have allowed us to become a leading company in Europe in the overprinting services and in 1993 we were given a PRIZE FOR PACKAGING for the perfection we achieved in the multi-colour overprinting technology and final rewinding process.
